Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right, inform Orbium Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Deutschherrenufer 42, 60594 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email hi@one-loop.de, of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the electronic function on this page, email, letter or the model form below.

It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we repay all payments received in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your statement. We generally use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested a service to begin during the withdrawal period, proportionate compensation for the part already supplied may be due where the statutory conditions are met.

Services and digital content

For a paid service, the right may expire before fourteen days once the service has been fully performed if, before performance began, you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the right would expire on full performance.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire when supply begins if you expressly agreed to early supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right and received the required contract confirmation.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
